*buzzing IN FASHION: ALEALI MAY REVIVES TOMMY GIRL
Tommy Girl tapped one of today’s most influential designers: Aleali May. Known for her own label Mayde Worldwide, her work with lab-grown diamond brand GRWN, and iconic Kith and Nike Air Jordan collabs, Aleali now puts her fresh spin on the long-overdue Tommy Girl comeback. After two years in the making, the new Tommy Girl drops today, kicking off with a Zalando campaign starring Alex Consani.
*buzzing COLLAB: MSCHF X AMG REVEAL FURNITURE COLLECTION
Mercedes-AMG makes high-performance machines. MSCHF turns them into high-concept furniture. For NYCxDesign Week, the two brands dropped Not for Automotive Use: a tongue-in-cheek collection of furniture, all built from real AMG parts and limited to 5 each. The full collection is on view at MSCHF’s Brooklyn studio until May 17 and made-to-order here where you can also shop a merch edition for the collab.

Gustaf Westman is the latest to reveal his take as part of Mercedes’ new Class of Creators—a crew introduced during the CLA launch in Rome. Following first previews of his chunky pink car, the Swedish designer drops a playful Mercedes Star-inspired plate in his signature style. He teased the release on Instagram, announcing it’ll be available next week in London (pop-up?) and online.

Barça’s Lamine Yamal, 2024 Kopa Trophy winner and arguably the best teenage footballer ever, is the new face of Beats by Dre. In the playful “Lamine Records” campaign, he stars alongside Spanish-Moroccan rapper Morad, his neighbor from the 304. In custom Barça-colored Beats, Yamal shows how music helps him focus, relax, and get in the zone: “I put on my Beats, turn up the volume, and lock in.”

Kourtney Kardashian’s supplement gum brand Lemme just dropped Lemme PLAY — Daily Intimacy Support Gummies designed to “arouse your play,” starring Julia Fox in a bathtub.
*buzzing ACTIVATION: IKEA’S HOUSE PARTIES IN THE UK
In London, IKEA UK teamed up with event collective Lab54 to throw five back-to-back house parties in unique locations across the city: from a coffee shop to a kebab spot and featuring hyped local DJs like Bimini Babes and Shift K3Y.
